Colombia is a classic origin with a pleasant fruity finish.

Clean, comforting, and bright, this washed Colombian brings the kind of everyday familiarity people expect, but with a sweet stone fruit finish that makes it stand out. It shines auto drip and in manual brew methods—Aeropress, pour over, iced brew—where its clarity and layered sweetness really come alive.

We love it brewed black, especially as an iced pour over on warmer days. It’s structured, balanced, and deeply drinkable.

Expect notes of stone fruit, honey, and turbinado sugar, wrapped in a soft body and elevated by a clean citrus edge.

This lot is sourced from smallholder farmers working across Colombia’s most renowned growing regions. These producers are part of cooperatives and associations focused on traceability, sustainability, and long-term quality, processing their coffees with care:

  • Handpicked ripe cherries

  • Fermented 26–36 hours

  • Dried slowly on parabolic beds for up to 20 days

Their traditional washed process creates a clean and fruit-forward profile, while community partnerships support initiatives like clean water access and improved infrastructure. The result? A coffee that’s not only rewarding in the cup—but meaningful in impact.
