When it comes to coffee, fresh is a big deal.  We want you to have the freshest coffee possible!  For that reason, we do not keep any of our blends in stock.  When your order is placed, we send it in to our roaster to have your coffee fresh roasted and sent to you.  This means all of our orders ship out on Tuesdays to accommodate the week's orders.  This is true of one-time orders, subscriptions, and wholesale accounts.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
