Guatemala, through the hands of women.
Grown by the women of the ACODIHUE cooperative in the highlands of Huehuetenango, this medium roast is more than just meaningful—it’s downright delicious. Full-bodied, smooth, and just sweet enough, it’s become one of our go-to coffees in the cafe.

We brew it as our core cold brew—both black and in lattes—but it also pulls a beautiful espresso shot and makes a rich Chemex or V60.

Expect a grounded, balanced cup with notes of dried cherry, praline, and a splash of cola-like brightness that keeps it from ever feeling flat.

Guatemala – Manos de Mujer
Origin: Huehuetenango, Guatemala
Flavor Notes: Dried Cherry, Praline, Cola
Roast: Medium
Process: Washed
Elevation: 1400–1600 MASL
Cultivar: Bourbon, Caturra
12oz / 340g bag

Grown at 1400–1600 MASL and hand-harvested between Christmas and Easter, Manos de Mujer ("Women’s Hands") represents just 22% of ACODIHUE’s harvest—the most refined selection from their member farms.

The women who produce it gained land ownership through hardship—widowhood and migration—yet have built something beautiful: a clean, full-bodied coffee that’s as reliable in the cup as it is meaningful in origin.
With co-op support, they now grow vegetables for their families and local markets—proving that coffee can build more than just caffeine. It can build futures.
