This is our go-to dark roast—and it’s anything but ordinary.
Sumatra brings deep, earthy tones and a velvety body without the bitterness you’ve come to expect from dark coffee. Tobacco, cacao, and maple give it structure and sweetness, making it a bold cup that’s still full of nuance.
We brew it regularly as our cafe dark roast—perfect for auto-drip or manual brews. It’s the kind of coffee that dark roast lovers crave: rich, balanced, and full-bodied without being over-roasted.
